Ferragamo To List 25% Stock

Salvatore Ferragamo is seeking to list 25% of its stock on the Milan stock exchange by the end of June.

Salvatore Ferragamo is seeking to list 25% of its stock on the Milan stock exchange by the end of June, The Wall Street Journal reports. The luxury goods maker’s equity is estimated to be worth up to €1.6 billion, valuing the listing of the 25% stake at around €400 million.

Ferragamo is planning to place shares with institutional investors in the U.S. and Japan. Mediobanca and JP Morgan will serve as global coordinators and joint bookrunners for the transaction.
