Wall Street Access has appointed Charles Dugan as managing director of its fixed income group. He will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the fixed income unit.

Previously, Dugan was serving the financial service firm as senior vice president. Wall Street Access has also promoted Jade Murtha to the post of dealer sales manager for fixed income and Chris Gorman as institutional sales manager.
