Longfor Properties has called off the sale of its shares worth $505 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. The sale was cancelled because of market instability.
The Chinese property developer planned to use the sale proceeds to acquire sites in the Yangtze River Delta and Pan Bohai Bay in the country. Morgan Stanley was chosen as the book-runner for the offering, adds The Asset.
