Towers Watson has hired Oliver Rowlands as senior consultant in its pensions consulting operation. Rowlands will join the Reigate office of the firm in May 2011. Rowlands is joining Tower Watson from Aon Hewitt, where he served as main board director and EMEA retirement practice leader. Prior to this, he was a partner at Clay & Partners.
