CBRE Hotels has commenced the marketing for sale of French hotel Le Meridien Etoile Hotel, PropertyEU reports. The Paris-based property is worth nearly €350 million.
The hotel is owned by London-based Starman Hotels. CBRE Hotels has been hired to advise on the sale of the asset. Starman Hotels is a joint venture between Starwood Capital Group and Lehman Brothers Holdings.
