Healthcare company Universal American Corp. (UAM) has chosen Courion Corp., provider of software solutions for access risk, for its Courion Suite. The suite will facilitate UAM’s access risk management strategy through automation of key identity and access management (IAM) processes. The strategy will be boosted through compliance attestation and sensitive data management, offering only the right people the access to the right information.

The execution of a Courion-built contractor portal will utilize Courion's ComplianceCourier solution to automate user access certification and compliance management processes linked to confidential patient and financial information. ComplianceCourier will also help integrate Courion's Sensitive Data Manager solution with Symantec's Data Loss Prevention product.
