New York–based global financial services firm JPMorgan Chase & Co. has named Lauren Tyler as general auditor, Bloomberg reports. She has also been appointed to the firm’s company-wide executive committee. Tyler was earlier responsible for managing JPMorgan’s investor relations department.
Tyler succeeds Martha Gallo, who is now head of global compliance and regulatory management. She will report to CEO Jamie Dimon and to the board’s audit committee, managed by Laban Jackson.
