Los Angeles–based National Asset Services (NAS) has appointed two top executives. The company has named Carol Scott as managing director and promoted Gabriel Greenberg to the role of asset manager. Scott will be supervising daily functions, including real estate asset management and investor relations.
Greenberg will be responsible for the real estate asset management of a portion of NAS’ office and medical office portfolio. He will also monitor investor returns and reduce property insurance costs through negotiation assistance and leveraging economies of scale produced by NAS’ nationwide presence.
