Triangle Real Estate India Fund is seeking to raise $200 million in the coming months through its second India retail-centric real estate fund, Economic Times reports. The vehicle, co-promoted by ICS Realty Group and South Africa–based Old Mutual Investment Group Property Investments, will be raised in offshore markets and will be a closed-end fund with an eight-year tenure.

Triangle Real Estate is targeting a minimum 25 percent return per investment from the second fund. It is eying land acquisitions on the outskirts of Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi region.
