St Charles Foundation has appointed Lisa Dobey as an executive director. She will succeed interim executive director Brenda Finkle.
Dobey will join the foundation from the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation. She managed a $20 million endowment at Tahoe Truckee, allocating $2 million yearly to finance community programs in health and human services, education, the environment and arts and culture.
