Moelis & Company has appointed Nick Saggese as a senior adviser, The Wall Street Journal reports. Based in Los Angeles, Saggese will work under CEO Ken Moelis and provide support to bankers working on mergers and acquisition transactions, restructurings and other deals.
Prior to this, Saggese has served at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He most recently co-headed the law firm’s private-equity practice in Los Angeles. Saggese’s clients included Charter Communications shareholder Paul Allen in the company’s reorganization.
