Votorantim Cimentos has raised $750 million in a sale of notes, Reuters reports. The Brazilian cement company’s notes were sold in the 144a private placement market. The notes carry a coupon rate of 7.25% and are scheduled to mature on April, 5, 2041. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Itau BBA and JP Morgan were the joint bookrunning managers for the deal.
