Boston-based mutual fund firm Fidelity Investments has named Robert Brown as president of its bond division, Bloomberg reports. Brown, earlier president of money-market funds, takes charge in place of Christopher Sullivan, who was appointed head of institutional fixed-income.
Nancy Prior, managing director of credit research, will be taking over Brown’s previous role. David Hamlin has been appointed as head of research for fixed income which is a new post. All these four personnel will be reporting to Charles Morrison, president of the fixed income division which manages $729 billion. The provider of financial services has assets under administration of $3.2 trillion, including managed assets of more than $1.4 trillion, as of September 30.
