Kevin Pakenham and Krzysztof Owerkowicz, former executives at Jefferies, have launched a new firm, Pensions & Investments reports. London-based Pakenham Partners is a strategic consultant to money managers. The pair are directors at the new firm. Prior to this, Pakenham was managing director in the money management business at investment bank Jefferies International, while Owerkowicz was senior vice president at the firm.
