Norway’s €397.2 billion Government Pension Fund Global is shifting some of its investments from Europe to other emerging economies, IPE reports. At present, more than half the fund’s capital is invested in Europe stocks, bonds and property. The change will be gradually implemented, most likely without selling European assets, adds Reuters. The government is also considering investments in the private equity and infrastructure sectors.
