Capital & Counties Properties (CAPC) has purchased five properties in Covent Garden, London, Bloomberg reports. Derwent London sold the properties, which include office space, shops and residences, for $110 million. The properties have a total of 10 tenants, producing an annual rental income of £2.5 million, adds Stock Market Wire. The tenants of the office component include F&C Asset Management and Beale & Co Solicitors, while Moss Bros, Hackett and Carluccio’s are among the retail tenants.
