Northrop Grumman Corp. has received two senior unsecured credit facilities totaling $2 billion, Citybizlist Real Estate reports. The loan includes a five-year revolving credit facility of $1.5 billion.
The global aerospace and defense technology company also secured a $500 million 364-day revolving credit facility. JP Morgan Chase Bank was administrative agent and Citibank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Wells Fargo Bank were syndication agents.
