Neuberger Berman has appointed Eli Salzman as managing director and portfolio manager. In his new role, Salzman will be responsible for managing the U.S. large-cap value equity strategies.

He is joining the New York investment manager from Lord, Abbett & Company, where he was partner. Salzman has also served at Mutual of America and Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management.
