Multinational asset management business Old Mutual Asset Management (Omam) has strengthened its sales and marketing teams with three recruitments, FundWeb reports. Shaun Hammond and Huw John have been appointed as head of brand management and regional sales manager for the south-west and the Midlands, respectively.

Anthony Pickering, most recently, director of client relations at global investment management firm AllianceBernstein, will become Omam’s client and sales director in charge of non-U.K. institutional business. Most recently, Hammond was associated with LV= Asset Management as head of marketing and John was with investment and insurance services provider Legal & General Investments.
