Permira is planning to list its pay-television technology firm NDS.

Permira is planning to list its pay-television technology firm NDS, Reuters reports. The U.K. private equity firm has appointed Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley to advise on the process. The London-based firm, which took NDS private in 2009 in a deal valuing the business at $3.5 billion, owns a 51% stake in the business. News Corporation holds the remaining 49% share in the business.
