Fusion-io is seeking to raise $172 million in an initial public offering, The Wall Street Journal reports. The data decentralization company is likely to offer at least 12.3 million shares at an estimated price of $13 to $15 each. The company initially planned to sell shares worth $150 million. The company intends to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan have been appointed as the lead underwriters on the transaction, adds Renaissance Capital.
