Bryan Furze has joined Massachusetts-based Linear Retail Properties as vice president of leasing and asset management, Citybizlist Real Estate reports. He will develop and execute asset strategies for the company throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
He will also be responsible for managing third-party property management and leasing brokerage service providers. Previously, Furze was working as vice president of acquisitions and development as well as asset manager at Crosspoint Associates.
