Morgan Stanley has appointed Vikas Khattar as head of global capital markets for India, Reuters reports. He will be responsible for managing the firm’s equity and debt capital markets businesses, adds VC Circle. Khattar will be reporting to Crawford Jamieson and George Taylor, co-heads of global capital markets in Asia-Pacific. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he was head of South Asia equity and equity-linked capital markets at Citigroup.
