Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund has rolled out an open-ended liquid scheme, Economic Times reports. The Morgan Stanley Liquid Fund aims to generate returns with low risk and high liquidity through a portfolio of money-market and short-term debt securities with residual maturity of up to 91 days. The scheme is similar to short-term deposits and is expected to be low-risk investment. The fund will be indexed to the CRISIL Liquid Fund Index and be managed by head of fixed income and lead portfolio manager Ritesh Jain, adds The Hindu Business Line.
