ASK Property Investment Advisors is seeking to raise a $219 million fund by December, Economic Times reports. The fund will focus on residential projects in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi. The firm’s $74 million first fund, which was raised in 2009, has been fully invested. ASK Property Investment Advisors is a private equity firm focused on real estate and manages assets worth more than $196 million.
