The Asian exchange-traded product (ETP) market experienced inflows of $4 billion in August, IFA Online reports. Inflows to the equity ETFs totaled $3.8 billion and gold ETPs $167 million during the month.

The CSI 300 was down 3.36 percent from the previous week. Turnover fell 14.4 percent to $6.8 billion, yet more than 42 percent over last year’s weekly average. Last week’s inflows of U.S. ETPs were $434 million, against $8.2 billion in the previous week. Equity ETPs saw outflows of $2.7 billion.
