Jane Prior has joined Blue Sky Funds Management as commercial manager, Wealth Asia reports. In this newly created role, she will be responsible for providing in-house counselling for the development of Blue Sky’s fund offering and for advising on a range of commercial opportunities in Blue Sky’s private equity and real estate divisions.

Prior joins Blue Sky from Nabarro, where she advised on fund transactions. Previously, she worked at Brisbane-based McCullough Robertson Lawyers as solicitor in corporate advisory capacity.
