Chilean generator and gas distributor GasAtacama is looking to invest $250 million, BNamericas reports. The investment will be made for the development of an LNG regasification facility.

The cost of the plant is likely to be around $250 million. GasAtacama’s other parent company Southern Cross Investment Funds has also supported the project.
