Boston-based private equity firm M/C Partners has exited U.K.-based portfolio company Attenda. Another private equity firm, London-based Darwin Private Equity, bought out the management for $83 million. M/C Partners put $14 million into the company since 2002. The sale of Attenda is the most recent in a series of exits for the firm over the past 18 months. Attenda offers managed Internet hosting services to U.K. companies.
