Fortuna Entertainment Group is in discussions to purchase Tipsport PL, the Polish subsidiary of Tipsport. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed yet. Following the acquisition, Fortuna will increase its stake in the Polish fixed-odds betting market up to one-third. The deal is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
