Lanyon Asset Management is offering its Australian Value Fund to retailers, Investor Daily reports. The vehicle, which has been in operation for more than a year, has delivered a return of 12 percent over the period.
The vehicle is considered a small-cap offering and its managers can include stocks of large companies in the portfolio if it fits in with the overall investment strategy. The asset manager plans to cap the fund at $200 million that can hold up to 100 percent of its portfolio in cash.
