History repeated itself last week in Tokyo, as Nikko Citigroup experienced an "oops" moment when an employee put through a buy order for 2,000 share of Nippon Paper Group instead of two. The damage done this time was minuscule compared with the mess at the Tokyo Stock Exchange last month. Still, Nikko was unable to sell back most of those shares and the sale that should have cost US$4.28 cost a share cost  the firm about US$10 million. Making matters a little worse, Nippon Paper shares lost about 1% of its value since. Naomi Watanabe, a Nikko spokeswoman, told Associated Press, however, that the firm has yet to decide who should bear the expense of the mistake.
