Monarch Capital Management's FX Multi-Strategy Currency Program has been a one-man show run by creator Clarkson Jones since its inception in 2003. But recent success – 2005 returns bested 44% garnering it a top-10 ranking in the commodity trading advisor trading categories – has inspired Jones to take on two new team members. Anneliese Fricke joins the Charlotte, N.C.-based firm as a research analyst. She will work alongside Clarkson in trading technology development. Steven Crawford will also join the team to help implement and facilitate back-office functions.
