If walking away with $44 million wasn't enough when he left as CEO of Morgan Stanley, Phil Purcell is poised to benefit from another estimated $8 million from the firm. The New York Post reports that documents from a recent proxy filing reveal that Purcell will get for the rest of his life a $250,000 annual salary (estimated to come out to $3.15 million when all is said and done), annual charitable contributions that MS will make in his name for an estimated $2.9 million, and a lifetime of secretarial help tabbed at $115,000 a year for an estimated $1.88 million. The cherry on top is that Morgan Stanley will also pay Purcell's lawyers $19,087 in legal fees.
