Composition Capital is looking to roll out a new European fund of funds, IPE reports. The fund of funds manager’s new product will feature fewer target nations in Europe, focusing on more mature, stable economies and excluding central and eastern European countries. The firm, which is still deploying capital committed to its Asian fund of funds, has fully invested its two existing European offerings. It entered into two joint ventures in Germany, to provide mezzanine finance to commercial real estate developers and to buy and manage a large residential portfolio.
