Marfin Investment Group is seeking to raise €942 million through a right offering and convertible bond issue, Reuters reports. The Greek buyout group will raise the money to acquire assets put up for sale. MIG will sell new shares on a one-for-three basis at €1 each. The firm will also issue convertible bonds to raise about €684.7 million with pre-emption rights to existing shareholders.
