U.S. global insurance brokerage and risk management service firm, Arthur J Gallagher, has raised a total of $125 million through a sale of senior unsecured notes. The first tranche of $75 million of series D notes, which carry an interest rate of 5.18%, are due in 2021. The second tranche of the series E notes, worth $50 million, which bear an interest rate of 5.49%, will mature in 2023. The Illinois-headquartered company is seeking to use the proceeds from the offering to fund the acquisitions.
