U.S. exchange-traded products have acquired total assets worth $1.048 trillion, Index Universe reports. The SPDR S&P 500 ETF attracted about $149.9 million in new assets on Feb. 14, 2011, while the iShares MSCI Japan Index Fund received $149.9 million. The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund also gathered $102.7 million. The funds facing redemptions are the iShares’ MSCI Pacific ex-Japan Index Fund with $255.1 million outflows and the Energy Select SPDR with $174.2 million in outflows.
