Luxembourg Fund Partners has rolled out a diversified regulated property investment vehicle, Property Funds World reports. The advisory firm has launched the Salus Healthcare Fund I - LFP Prime SICAV SIF.

The fund aims to provide a healthcare investment portfolio with a twofold strategy for income and growth, through an “Opco/Propco” arrangement. It will target to raise €100 million, which will be invested.
