AXA Central & Eastern Europe has acquired an 80% stake in Belarusian insurance company, B&B Insurance. The transaction is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2011. AXA is seeking to expand in Central and Eastern Europe with the acquisition. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
