Stonelake Capital Partners is seeking to raise $125 million for a private equity property fund, IPE reports. Stonelake Opportunity Partners II has already secured about $30 million till March 1, 2011 from eight investors.
The vehicle will invest in real estate. The company, founded by Kenneth Aboussie and John Kiltz in 2007, had planned to raise about $150 million to invest in urban multifamily and mixed-use properties from Arizona to Florida.
