Hungary is seeking to raise $3.75 billion through the sale of bonds, Reuters reports. The government has issued $3 billion in 10-year dollar bonds and $750 million in 30-year bonds. The new dollar bond issues is expected to cover half of Hungary’s planned $5.6 billion foreign currency issuance in 2011. The nation had issued a foreign bond last January, raising $2 billion.
