U.K. property investor, Hansteen Holdings, is seeking to raise around £150 million in a share sale, Financial Times reports. The real estate investment trust may issue 185 million of new shares at 81 pence per unit. London-listed Hansteen will issue 185 million new shares through a £50 million placing and a £100 million open offer. The sole underwriter and broker of the issue is Peel Hunt.
