Spain is planning to launch a 10-year syndicated bond as part of its strategy to sell more than €43 billion ($55.66 billion) of net debt to banks this year to help finance the country’s budget. No decision has been made on the size, though sources said it may be up to €6 billion ($7.76 billion). The net debt issue planned for 2011 is sharply lower than the €76.8 billion ($99.4 billion) sold last year.
