Colombia’s gold exploration company, Mercer Gold, has appointed Devinder Randhawa as Chairman and director of its board. Randhawa has also founded Strathmore Minerals, Pacific Asia China Energy as well as RD Capital and is currently the president of RD Capital.

He has also worked with Fission Energy as Chairman and CEO. Edward Flood, who was previously director of the Mercer Gold, will now be a member of its advisory board.
