Poland is planning to raise a total of as much as $1.5 billion in a two-year debt sale, Bloomberg reports. The finance ministry will also raise as much as $873.1 million from the sale of inflation-linked bonds due in August 2023 and potentially floating-rate notes maturing in 2021. Poland is seeking to offer dollar-denominated bonds in the first half of this year and is in loan talks with international institutions for the same. The government will not offer 10-year bonds for a second month in March 2011.
