Americans were more confident in the stability of the U.S. banking system in March than they were a month earlier, but still far below the level before the financial crisis began three years ago. The latest Rasmussen poll found 47% of those surveyed have at least some confidence in the system, up from 41% in February. Before the crisis began in July 2008, 68% expressed confidence.
