Crescent Financial Partners’ managing director, Russell Armstrong, has appointed Russ Regan to the firm’s advisory board. The record industry executive will help in seeking entertainment industry opportunities.

Regan has previously served as president of UNI Records and 20th Century Records. Los Angeles-based Crescent Financial is a private equity merchant banking firm, focused on early stage and middle market opportunities.
