Asset manager, Montello Private Finance General Partners, has selected NCM
Finance to operate its Montello Income Fund, Asset Adviser reports. The fund is a real estate bridging finance offering for investors in the U.K., providing a superior return
from a more conservative risk profile. NCM is the fund administrator and fund manager to funds that invest in a range of assets classes, such as property, technology, private equity, forestry and wine. NCM is the operator for nearly 80 funds, including the U.K. FTF, a £200 million fund of fund investing in venture capital funds focusing on technology businesses.
