Middle market private equity firm, RJD Partners (RJD), has made promotions in its investment team, Private Equity Wire reports. It has appointed Alex Hay and Frank Bulman as partners.

Jill Williams has been named investment director and Richard Court has been appointed as investment manager. Hay, who joined RJD from Close Brothers Corporate Finance in January 2007, has portfolio responsibility for RJD’s investments in licensed bedding company, Character World, Raphael Healthcare and Senturion.
